In Depth Information

Personality and Behavior : Include strengths/weaknesses here, as well as personality traits, and their general day-to-day behavior. Be rather brief here, not more than 200-300 words, but do include habits, likes and dislikes! Also, try to keep disparate personality traits to a minimum (i.e. don't tell us someone is reserved in social situations and then go on to describe how outgoing they are!)

Family History : Try to be as brief as possible, only give highlights not a 1,000 word history. For major canon-characters more information is okay, though you don't have to give a by-play of the entire set of books.

School History : Again, please be brief. We don't need a play by play of all 7 years. Do mention what they were up to in DH, what House they were in, electives and OWLS/NEWTS. Mention their magical strengths and weaknesses here, Boggarts, Patronus, etc.

Post School History : Here's your chance to go in depth! Tell us how they came to be in their chosen professions, any interesting gossip about their love lives. Their hopes and dreams, immediate and long term goals and how they want to get there. And anything else you can think of!

Appearance : Include any distinguishing marks (scars, tattoos, Dark Marks), height, weight, build, usual clothing style along with the usual. Please be true to canon (no glamorous Hermione's or blonde Weasleys; Harry should have glasses)

Writing Samples : 200-300 word, 3rd person, past tense sample of how this character will be played in this game.

Fun Stuff : Please provide 5 random facts about your character that are not already covered in the application

Plot Stuff :Please provide 1 or 2 game-wide plot ideas (i.e. a Valentine's Masquerade Ball at the Ministry; a new Personals Ad section in the Daily Prophet) that you'd be interested in seeing played out (not necessarily by your character, but in general).
